M&S Single Page Checkout
M&S website has a checkout process splitted onto several screens that was under-performing.
There was a significant dropout of customers during the checkout process.
Data Analytics teams identified where the dropout was.
Face to face customer interviews gave a lot of informations to underline pain points when checking out.
A competitive landscape analysis runned with competitors showed us what could be improved for the checkout.
I then iterated and evolved the Low Fidelity prototypes through testing them with customers.
Finally key areas were designed to demonstrate to the stakeholders the benefits of having a single page checkout to increase conversion rates.
RefME (Reference Me) is a Web and Mobile referencing tool. It allows students and professionals to reference very quickly any kind of source (Books, Websites...) into their essays.
I was commissioned by RefME to re-design the web app so the user experience could be consistent across platforms
Research allowed the team to define the exact user needs.
Different user journeys were explored to see how we could simplify the product and at the same time making sure the users would have the features they're looking for.
I've created different wireframes and we decided the main "Essay view" could look exactly the same the web app and the mobile apps, giving the user the impression of a simple and consistent experience.
Ontrees app has been ranked #1 in the app store in the category free finance app.
Ontrees is a work in progress. Ontrees allow users to have all their bank accounts in one place. ontrees break down the spendings into clean and simple infographics. I was commissioned to redesign entirely their website and to re-think the branding from scratch.
I designed a new logo, picked a new typeface and created different colour palettes. The website is fully responsive and user friendly. I've also designed an iPhone/Android App using the new branding.
Branding, UI/UX, Web Design
NetJets is the world’s strongest private aviation company with 130 aircrafts in Europe.
I was commissioned by POSSIBLE worldwide digital agency to work on the design of NETJETS Europe website to make it more accessible for iPad users. I came up with new options to increase the conversion rate with a new "Contact Us" layout. And optimised the design for a better experience with a touch device.

Smart // City Guides
Smart, part of the Mercedes-Bez group is a young & urban car brand.
I was commissioned by Fever to support a pitch for them. The idea was to create a city guide limited edition across UK main cities that could reflect Smart philosophy.
I've designed few covers using strong and bold type contrasting with a light city skyline illustration. A pale and subtle colour palette helped keeping the look & feel simple and elegant.
I've also supported Fever in showing how the complete set would look like. The different books displaying the iconic Smart car on the bindings.

Touch Table // Multimodal 2013
Multimodal is the UK and Ireland's leading freight transport and logistics exhibition. I've been commissioned by Port of Felixstowe (1st Port of Britain) to design an interactive presentation of the port that could be seen on a 56 inches touch table. Based on a colour palette that convey the Port's branding identity, I've designed multiple screens including an "old school" game on a "try to catch the containers" theme. I worked with a developer to design a user-friendly navigation system and to make sure everything would run smoothly when on-site. The touch table was a great success on-site.
