M&S Global Navigation
Research shows M&S 3 tier global navigation is underperforming. Customers are not using it.
SOLUTION: A 2 tier nav is easier to interact with and to scan for the user. In order to do that the taxonomy has to be revised and the new design has to be validated through extensive user testing sessions. This new approach increased conversion to order by 4% for the business. 2014 UI/UX
M&S Single Page Checkout
M&S website has a checkout process splitted onto several screens that was under-performing.
There was a significant dropout of customers during the checkout process.
Data Analytics teams identified where the dropout was.
Face to face customer interviews gave a lot of informations to underline pain points when checking out.
A competitive landscape analysis runned with competitors showed us what could be improved for the checkout.
I then iterated and evolved the Low Fidelity prototypes through testing them with customers.
Finally key areas were designed to demonstrate to the stakeholders the benefits of having a single page checkout to increase conversion rates. 2014 UI/UX
Ontrees app has been ranked #1 in the app store in the category free finance app.
Ontrees allow users to have all their bank accounts in one place by breaking down the spendings into clean and simple infographics.
I was commissioned to redesign entirely their website and at the same time to run workshops where we could re-think the branding.
One of the main UX project was to create a Dashboard. It would become the central feature of the App.
When designing such a complex feature it's important to move forward very carefully. Applying "lean UX" principles we released quickly a Minimum Viable Product internally and tested it with some users in our office. This way we were able to iterate and re-test the product as many times as needed. 2013 UI/UX
RefME (Reference Me) is a Desktop & Mobile referencing tool. It allows students and professionals to reference quickly any kind of source (Books, Websites...) into their essays.
I was commissioned by RefME to re-design the web App so the user experience could be consistent with the mobile App.
We first did some research to narrow down the real user needs.
Different user journeys were explored to see how we could simplify the product and at the same time make sure the users would have the features they're looking for.
I've created different wireframes and we decided the main "Essay view" could look exactly the same the web app and the mobile apps, giving the user the impression of a simple and consistent experience.
RefMe soon became one of the most popular academic tool in the UK and in Australia. 2014 UI/UX
Smart // City Guides
Smart, part of the Mercedes-Bez group is a young & urban car brand.
PR Agency Fever came up with the idea of a city guide taylored for Smart owners. The city guide inspired by Wallpaper city guide would allow the customers to discover cultural and vibrant place across the UK.
As a UX/UI Designer I designed key screens to support the pitch showing what could become a high end App that could connect with Smart elegant, modern and urban philosophy. 2012 Art Direction, Graphic Design
